If you are only getting a few hours sleep and you have been home a lot, it is likely Vitamin D deficiency, but could also be a circadian rhythm thing. Try adding structure to your day and that should help. That also means going out and doing something daily.

Most people have adequate magnesium, but its not out of the question. Make sure it is tested from RBC. Also, while you are at it, get a TSH, Free T4, Testosterone (if male), Estrogen and Progestrone levels (if female), lipid panel, CBC with Diff, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, Vitamin D 25-OH, B12, Folate RBC, Thiamine, and Dexamethasone Suppression Test. You may also want a depression and anxiety screen, as Seasonal Affective Disorder is common around this time as well.

Check your vitamin D levels with 25OH vitamin D blood test. Low D and low magnesium cause cause insomnia, anxiety, depression, fatigue, dizziness, body pain, headaches, etc.

You want you D levels above 50ng/mL. You can supplement with D3 and magnesium
