That sounds scary! Is this just as you wake up during the night? Are you really unable to move or speak for a bit or just 'feel' that way? Do you suffer anxiety as you really 'could' be having panic attacks at that moment.
Look up 'sleep paralysis'. Very common and harmless if that's what you experienced.
