My granddaughter is 20 months old She is very active during the day, eats fair and is below weight on her baby chart At night she is constantly moving What can we do to get her to have a calmer night so she can gain weight? Any help would be appreciated Thank-you Sue

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Check to see what is causing her restlessness. It could be the temperature setting or rash, hunger or sometimes a bowel movement. It could also be due to a nasal block or an impending infection. If the cause can be detected, then she will sleep better.
