I quit smoking 27 weeks and 5 days ago!!!!!!!!!!  Allen Carr is my hero!  I was reallly shocked that it worked out.  I wasn't really trying to quit and boom read a book and I quit.  Got it's wonderful!!  Now that I have quit and am not smoking I feel great!!  I never want to smoke again!  Good luck to those of you quiting.

I got it from Borders I believe you can order through their website Borders.com I have the book which I believe was about 15ish dollars and the CD's for my husband which were about 25 I think (I'm  not 100% sure on the cd price)  I just checked the Borders website it's very user friendly and the book is on sale!!  I just pushed the books button then the search area I put allen carr and it popped up.  You can purchase it for 11.96 You could also check Barnes and Nobles website as well!  Good luck!

How do I find this book?

I checked it out through Amazon...   it is sold from the UK.,, not sure how that is done since the money is different than the US.

WTG! Wonderful! Congratulations! Over a half year, what a milestone : ) Doesn't it feel great not to have to smoke, finding places where we are allowed. Isn't it great not to have the cravings.......going out in the middle of the night to find an open store or to go through an ashtray and find a butt that has a little left, yuck!
7 months, 3 weeks here and I have never felt better! I can jog a mile now when just a few months ago I couldn't even walk a mile without gasping!
I will never smoke again and I don't even want to!
