Hmm...well, I'm sorry, I couldn't find what I wanted to share but do please take a look at whyquit.com, read the articles and see if you can't get yourself back on track.  I know you can because you did it for a year. : )  So just put those smokes down and take back your power!  Don't let that cigarette rule your life and never take another puff from here on out!!

Hello zenboo and welcome to the forum.  We are nearly the same age with almost the same amount of clean time and I am finding myself in your position.  What you (and I) have to remember is smoking causes MORE stress so now you have your major family stress along with the stress of sneaking around.  Right?  So what you do is just put them down again.  Just stop.

Maybe talk with your dr about an anti-depressant for a short while.  Anything but smoking, honey.  You've worked so hard this last year and you don't want to undo all your hard work.  I am going to copy and paste one of the articles I have in my journal from whyquit that I find helpful.  When you weren't smoking, the cravings were here and there, yes?  NOW, the cravings are every 15mins or so and you're miserable once again.   I am going to post this, then I'll be back with the article since I don't know how to save, copy and paste two things at once : )

Leave your cigarettes in an inconvenient place. You will cut back automatically.
