Good for you!  I did this the really hard way!  I quit cold turkey, stopped drinking coffee and went on a low card diet all at the same time! It was hell but I didn't gain the weight like you and most people will put on during the withdrawl period! I am so much more happy as a non smoker!

I hope everyone that has quit and recently quit can stick to it!!!!!!!!!!!

Anger is a part of quitting unfortunately, You are the only one in control of that. Just find something positive that you enjoy doing and you will find the anger management easier to apply. Anger can lose you friends and friends you need especially now. I went through this and even prayed for death but it will slow down as time passes. Eat junk you can always lose the weight, I did I was happy when I ate. I started my quit at 99 lbs and gained 40 but I am a proud ex smoker. I know they are going to take those E-Ciggies off the market, they are sickening watching those commercials??? Kids are seeing them as well so they have just looped society into watching people smoke and it would definitely give a person trying to quit a REALLY HARD TIME. I have an establishment and would not let them smoke e-ciggies in there because I have children coming in. Watch one of those commercials and it looks like they are orgasmic when they smoke them (sickening). Buy I am just an 800 lb Gorilla in the room. Be Well Troii
