You can get mouth cancer anytime and as soon as one use of snus. Your chances will get higher the more you do it and the longer you do it. So I would try the above from AmandaLynn777 to try to quit.

stopping an addiction is the most difficult so dont get down on urself if u try but fail continue to try, wear a rubber band and whenever u think abut snus flick it on ur wrist and do another adtivity, it seems painful but eventully ur brain will put two and two together meaning snus is pain
