cant stop!

Im 6-7 weeks pregnant, i used to smoke alot more then i so now. But i cant fully stop, i feel guilty once ive had a fag. Any addivice on how i can stop the odd ones?

Go buy the book. The easy way to quote smoking. I quit 3 days ago and haven't looked back. I will say I had hard time in the beginning because my husband smoked but he quit also and it has been great.
