Just joined

Well I am just on here right now to say hello to everyone.  I have just filed my first SS Disability clam in hope something will come out of it.  I did use a lawyer who doesn't take payment unless I get Disability.  So far the process has been so much easier than me trying to do it all alone.  I did try myself but was just so complicated I would give up and stop.  I have about 6 months from now until I will know if we have to set a court date or not.

I am basing it on Sympathetic Nerve Disorder, Fibromyagia, RLS, and Migraines.  Hopefully things will work out.  I have post pond it for several years.  My husband has been unemployed for about a year now and with the need for income I have decided to go ahead and aply once and for all LOL.

Just hang in there and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.  Please don't get discouraged if you have to set a court date.  What are you claiming your disability on.  Mine was on Degenerative Disc Disease. I was fortunate - BUT - I was over 50 when I applied and it's my understanding that it's MUCH easier when you are over 50.  HOWEVER, there are MANY that have been approved that are younger. :)

I'm wishing you the BEST of luck.......Sherry
