Spinal scarring causes

Hi, can excessive heavy lifting cause spinal scarring? I'm 37 so still pretty young and was relatively physically fit before.
I suffered from a suspected ruptured disc/vertebrae two years ago from a lot of heavy lifting at my job which caused my spine to pop out in the thoracic region(was never scanned), at times it's so bad my spine is pulled in different directions causing it to change shape, my chiropractor who I have seen for two years suggested that I get tested for ms based on my symptoms.(awaiting referral)
So the question remains, could the injury to my spine from heavy lifting cause scarring on the spinal cord resulting in ms or at least ms like symptoms?
A few vertebrae seem to have fused together also.
I have had all bloods tested, all negative, no AS/OS, minor degeneration of disc in lumbar region.
