coexistence of spirit and science
Hello all. Just wanted to relate a website I found that shows in depth how science and spirituality do not contradict each other. To some this information may seem unimportant, but for those with stubborn analytical minds (like me) I found this to be very important in increasing my acceptance of things unseen by relating them to things that have been proven through things like physics and thermodynamics. Anyhoo the site is "does god exist" based on the writings and research of John Clayton. Hope someone else can benefit from this as I have, GM
On a basic level, I know in my life time I haven't seen anything "pop" into existence as yet from nothing. New discoveries are formed from various sources such as combining things together, taking something away or someone noticing something that wasn't noticed before...lol!

let me more comment on the title if you dont mind. I think it is fully possible. We evolved from animals but we are the only animal to reach this state thus could it be shocking a higher power made the change. Science it self said that something can not exist without something else coming before it. (chiken or the egg) Thus we decieve that even the smallest speice could not exist without some force beyound understanding create it.

A devout atheist until his early twenties, Clayton was part of the same organized atheist group that made Madeline Murray O'Hair famous. He decided to write a book called All the Stupidity of the Bible, but instead found himself slowly becoming convinced about Christianity. His most recent honors include: Distinguished Physics Teacher for the State of Indiana--1985 by the American Association of Physics Teachers; S.T.A.R Instructor for Indiana Department of Public Instruction--1990; South Bend Community School Corporation High School Teacher of the Year and School Corporation Teacher of the Year--1991.
