IM progression

I'm gonna skip my symptom reports as I have a personal history of colorectal cancer diagnosed at age 35.  After cancer remission, polyp resection, and h pylori eradication, I still have ongoing symptoms.  My GI then found that my chronic gastritis has progressed to atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia in less than 2 years.  I'm pregnant right now and symptoms clearly worsened during pregnancy.  I know it doesn't necessarily correlate with pathological progression.  Given that I can get EGD now, can someone with medical training or similar experience tell me, in the worst case scenario, how fast can an IM lesion progress to early gastric cancer?
