Could pain after plasma be stress based?

I donated plasma twice last week for the first time. There was no issue during either appointment, aside from back of arm pain which I believe was from me being so tense. After, I questioned whether there was tingling in my left hand, and recently my arm has started to ache. I've been totally freaking out over this for days and can't get it off of my mind. Is it possible that I've manifested all of these symptoms through stress? Has anyone else experienced something similar? A lack of anything similar online has led me to this assumption as well, but it's driving me crazy. Any help appreciated.

While I know some centers do allow plasma donation twice in a week, it's still a lot and maybe too much for you.  They possibly had the needle resting on the outside of your vein which can cause a sensation similar to what you describe.  That's typically during the donation though.  Anyway, I would say that I'd not donate plasma twice in a week again as you are experiencing side effects from it.  You can always call your doctor to make sure you're fine.  But bruising and such can occur at the site of the needle and you may be feeling that with this pain.  good luck
