Dripping Feeling In Chest...Stress Related?

I have a strange feeling in my chest/back and it feels exactly like drops of water runing down my back and left side of my chest. It can originate form my upper breastbone or middle of my back and drip down. It feel cold and I can feel exactly where its dripping and where the "drop is at the moment."
Its really quite scary, It started on friday (24th?) and I feel it ocasionally only ive felt it slightly more the past few days. And when I press on where a "drip" is I can feel it slightly more.
Ive seen a doctor about chest pains and he diagnosed them as "unspecified" pains. He couldnt see anything wrong and put it down to stress, but this "dripping" is really scaring me.

Please help.
And I would quite like a qualified doctor to help aswell. No offence to anyone else, but a professional opinion...helps me feel better.

Yeah my left arm feels "achey" and slightly tight around the joints, it also feels really weird. I also think that side of my chest is more sensitive aswell, and I can also feel as if my chest is wet when I press on it. Another thing is, if I itch where I feel the drip is comeing from then it seems to go away.

I have been having headaches but I think thats due to the stress.

I dont think ive ever been itten by a tick, but this dripping feeling is whats really messing with me, because its so annoying, just like cold and i can feel it running mostly from my shoulder. Ive also had several strange tingling feelings and strnge feelings in my left arm (the dripping is coming from my left shoulder.

Some folks get this feeling when they have Lyme disease thats when you are bitten by a tick,if you may have , you could also feel ill, headaches , flu like symptoms, a bulls eye rash but not everyone gets the rash,, it could have been a few years ago you were bitten, or as your Gran says maybe a trapped nerve. Perhaps if it continues go see a Doctor to get it checked out. Good Luck let us know how you get on.

I spoke to my gran and she said this was possibly a trapped nerve, since it started on the friday and I had been climbing on the thursday. Which makes sense because I use my arms a lot for climbing and the drip comes from my left shoulder  and the middle of my back, but it can happen all over the left side of my body. I trust my gran because she is a qualified nurse (although she hasnt signed up for a while I think).

I would still like a second opinion though. As to what this could be, it usually happens when I get back in from school and am just sitting down.

Thanks and please comment.
