Why do my doctor's say I'm fine but I don't feel fine?

Hi, since 2 days ago I have had this feeling like my throat is shrinking and I am having a hard time breathing. I went to the E.R last night and they took X-Rays and a EKG and they all turned up fine. The doctor said my throat was wide open. They said it was probably anxiety and stress because I'm always worrying. But today I still have that feeling. Panic attacks can't last 2-3 days.. right? PLEASE HELP SO I CAN HAVE SOME CLOSURE!
