I talked to my doctor about the heaviness on my left side and said that I need to do some streching. I´m also trying to go to Physical theraphy now and again or at least once a week. Because I have some back pain issues. I´m actually reading the picture clips your have sent in your fotos....to get more informations on how the mucles work on the upper shoulder... that´s very informative.
thanks again and hope you are feeling a little bit better today. Have a wonderful xmas with your loveones.

Thanks for the response. The last time I was at the doctor for check up, I told her about all the common issues and effects of the stroke to me. She assured me that it is normal because I´m still on schock after the stroke and of course the body gets weaker that before. So I´m trying to think more positive and relax my mind, though I sometimes could get very scared and very emotional that my heart pumps like hell. Anyway I´m on medication with blood thinner and something for cholesterol.
I´m tyring to do my own streching and exercise everyday. Ja, I get a lilttle help from my health insurances. So I quess the only thing I could do now is be strong and let my life go on. I leave everything in the hands of God.
thanks a lot. Godspeed.

Tell your doctor about your heaviness, It is probably spasticity(they may call it tone). Don't take the Sargeant Schultz reply, ' I know nothing', keep after them until someone tells you specifically what can be done about it. You may have to go to numerous medical staff becuse you have entered the medical know-nothing zone.

It never ceases to amaze me how people are diagnosed with stroke and then not provided with any information or anything!
I would ask my family physician for an evaluation and treat order for Physical therapy to help with your left sided weakness...hopefully you have insurance to cover it. The fatigue after a stroke is common. patient's with a right sided (right brained stroke) can have problems with cognition, attention, though organization, interpeting higher level language skills, memory, etc., depending on the part of the brain affected. Speak to your doctor about the other symptoms you may be having as well.
