Blindness after SAH

My mothed got SAH Grade 4 (Hunt and Hess classification)on 3 October 2011.
She was in coma for 15 days and on ventilator support for same period. Due to sound medical management she was discharged from hospital with good  health on 6 November 2011. But she has some problems like Totally blindness, paralysis in right leg and left hand, short term memory loss etc.
With the help of physiotherapy her hand and leg becomes normal but vision problem is not improved at satisfactory level.  She has only 25% vision in comparison with normal person. she is 45 yrs.old.
In that case kindly guide me what should i do for her vision improvement?
