Oxycontin is not associated with stroke, although it has a variety of effects on the CNS including anxiety, sedation, insomnia, mood changes etc.  Oxycontin in overdose gives pin-point pupils, respiratory depression and hypotendion.  Circulatory failure, somnolence progressing to stupor or coma can be seen in more severe cases.  But again, an overdose of this drug is not associated with stroke.  I hope this helps.
