Is this a Pre-STroke symptom or something else?

I've had an intermittent tingling in my ear and on my face for several days. It lasts 20-30 seconds though it sometimes turns to mild pain and also sometimes includes my jaw and cheekbone. It's mostly on the right side of my face, though I've felt some on the left side as well.  I've seen two doctors who couldn't identify it. I have no other symptoms. No headache, nausea, muscle weakness, bels palsy or any of the other signs of stroke. I'm 38 and otherwise healthy. I have had some jaw pain the last few weeks. My dentist says I grind my teeth. I have been under a fair amount of stress lately. It's not debilitating, I'm just not sure how concerned I need to be. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks.

Not signs of stroke, but signs of something, it's a symptom. Sounds like neuralgia or nerve pain...but the source needs to be determined, both for treatment and to give you peace of mind!  What kind of doctors did you go see?  Did they do any tests? Where you having symptoms at the time you saw the them?
