PLAVIX AND LIPITOR

had coiling embolisation done with stent due to an unruptured aneurysm on the right ICA.  returned to hospital afterwards due to TIA symptoms and was given Lipitor as cholesterol level was borderline and given just to make sure that it is not causing the "mini-stroke".  I have been given Plavix and aspirin from the onset and I am still  on it.  I have been experiencing muscle weakness and numbness/tingling to left side of body and I worry that it is another TIA but then consider that it could also be a side-effect of Lipitor.  Is there a contraindication for taking all these drugs at the same time given my medical history?  thanks for any info you can provide.

It has now been weeks since I posted and I have had my follow-up check up with the neurointerventional radiologist and asked a lot of questions.  In a nutshell, this is the outcome of my check up:
1 - stop taking Plavix and Lipitor.  Aspirin is still ongoing.
2 - re the TIA - first I was told that it was due some clots that formed around the stent that broke away, travelled through my arteries and blocked somewhere and that caused the stroke. But doctors seem to be puzzled as to why this happened when I have the Plavix and Aspirin
3 - I am to see a haematologist (blood doctor) - why?  something wrong with my blood (such as a clotting disorder) and this could have caused the clot?  If I do, would any angiograms I take in future (and I will, given that having had coiling necessitates this) be a lot riskier?
Any information or discussions about this issue I would greatly appreciate.  Thanks for listening to me...
