Possible stroke. I am worried and confused

Today I had the most frightening experience in my life. After waking up I went to wash my hair in the tub. I was bent over the tub and when I leaned up I felt this weird feeling of faiting with no dizziness. What was most frightening was the loss of motor skills in my arms. I barley had enough function in them to dial 911. The ambulance came, but just before they did I started to feel a little better, but went anyway because I felt weak. My temperature was 96 degrees in the ambulance I developed slight cotton mouth as well. They did a ct scan of my brain which revealed not clots or bleeding. They did blood and urine test which revealed nothing as well. The ER doctor said it could be due to my Vagal nerve, which helps control artery dialation. He wants me to get and MRI to scan for further problems in my brain. I think I had a stroke today. I have never felt anything like this in my life. I do suffer from skipped heart beats, asthma, and heart flutters, but was not experiencing them at the time. I did notice that my heart was beating slowly and I was able to retain control of my legs to walk to the phone and outside. I remember looking at myself in the mirror when I initially felt this and was flushed. Not being able to feel your arms was terribly frightening. He says no stroke but I think there was one. Otherwise I am at a loss for words on this. I am only 32 and have never felt faint before. My dad says it was because I was bent over the way I was. I had never had a problem bending over before. Can anyone please give their thoughts on this?

Have you had your caroid arterys checked? I recently found out that most of my arterys are significantly blocked, which can lead to stroke or heart attack, just something to think about getting checked, have you had a healthy diet? Exercise? Good luck did you get your mri results yet?  aheart:)
