Post Stroke Recovered But Vision problem

Myself 48 yrs male aged had strokes twice in July 2009 within interval of 20 days. I am on Rosuvastatin 10mg., (Clopidogrel 75mg., Aspirin 80mg., together) & Metoprolol Succinate Extended Released Tablets 25mg. with them I take multivitamins & Dietery Supplement capsules. I went for CT, MRI,&( Angiogram for Heart-Normal) MRI comments-Severe Atherosclerotic changes with Stenosis in both Vertebral arteries & ProximalBasilar artery with Thrombosis and Occlusion of Distal Basilar artery & both Posterior Cerebral artries.
I am fine now but with vision problem & heavy head always. Sometimes dizziness. Also went for Glaucoma test. I can drive car but to remain very careful. leftside at certain degree got no vision _ So dizziness & heavyness could be the problem of this?  Sometimes feel like a warm moving back of my head next to my right ear. I feel almost better but wanted advise. I walk every day on Tread Mill for half hour at 5 speed and do stomuch exercise. During exercise feel very little pain at left of my head and like blood circulating fast. So doing exercise am I not increasing risk? THANKS
