Thanks for your reply. I need to clarify that he has not lost the use of that arm, only the feeling in it. If he thinks about it, he can use it, but its the lack of any sensations in that arm that I'm researching. I would like to know if there is any therapy, or medication that could bring the feeling back.......thanks

This has happened in your brother’s case also. Since the stroke attack was long ago, it is a long and tedious process and for the same your brother needs to take help from a physical therapist. Physical therapy will only help him in this case.
