Stroke or anxiety???

I have been gettign sudden migraines here and there, i just try to ignore it, but I'm gettign sick of the continuos tighting numbness on the right sdie fo my head and ear area. I've been having weakness in my left arm that comes and go for while now. Just recently, my left arm had a weird tingly feeling from my shoulders down to my arms and fingers that feels like its pulling from one side along with my right side head  having pressure or tension pressure. I;m only 23 years old and I don't know if I could be having a TIA? I can't comprehend whats happening to me.

You should have this checked out by a neurologist rather than try to guess the diagnosis yourself.   Migraines, mini-strokes, anxiety, heart troubles are all possibilities and need to be looked at.   Don't brush it off but have a qualified doctor take a look first.

The same advice by skuhl may be for you too. Get to your doctor and have him do a MRA of your brain.

Get to your physician. If it is a stroke there are medications to help before too much damage is done.
