Stroke symptoms

Last night getting out of the bath, I had strange feeling in left arm from the elbow down, like it was not my arm. It felt somewhat like it was asleep and weak and tingled some also. It continued to get better over the next 3 hours until all symptoms were almost gone except a numbness in two finger tips. This morning all is well. I am 52, white female with high cholesterol, low blood pressure but generally in good health. (possibly 10lb overweight) Does that sould like a stroke? What should I do? Should I worry? What type tests should I ask for if I went to the Doctor?
