Tia like event

December 13th I had an episode which was very disturbing and included confusion, panic, dizziness, queezy stomach and worse of all , the begining of polyneuropathy all throughout my body. I have had pins and needles, stabbing pains, sore muscles for no reason and burning hands and feet since that time.  Does this sound like Tia ? or some variation? My only clue is kinda high cholesterol and low vitamin D.
Brain and cervical mri's normal.

Please post that link if you can.
Are there Tia like attacks of this nature which would produce parasthesia at random places in the body or would it have to be a left side/ right side thing? I did notice some weird sensations of the scalp previous to my "event" especially when taking a hot shower.
What do you all think of this?
