Vertebrobasilar circulatory disorder

about 2 yeas ago i was having dizzy spells and after all the test this is what they said was wrong with me (Vertebrobasilar circulatory disorder) after taking medication for a year everything was fine but in the last year its getting bad. i cant work and dizzy,headaches,real bad neck aches,numbness or tingling and some of my body parts fall asleep(left side only).im on plavix just don't seem to be helping and i havent been able to work in over a year.Is there ant other medication i could try to help?
