I had all of these symptoms the day I experienced my hemorraghic stroke. I couldn't move my eyes in either direction, only straight ahead. Felt sick at my stomach,room was spinning, couldn't move my head, and my arms was numb.Couldn't gather my thoughts, just knew something was very wrong, and had the worst headache of my lifetime.
