When did you suffer the stroke?
My grandma did not have a stroke, but she had Bell's palsey. One side of her mouth drooped and her smile was affected. I read it was important to massage the area regularly and every day and suggested she do this. God used her faithful massage of the area to bring her full smile back! It was such a blessing.
The damage to the brain with a stroke can really affect a person, but with proper physical therapy, you just might find improvement, so I hope whether it's you or someone you love, they will be diligent in getting physical therapy and hopefully the brain will get new inroads and the muscles will relearn their normal position and function.
