is it a stroke?
It started when I was watching tv and my left arm went numb.. not like I couldnt move it numb but tingley. then my whole face started doing it. then my left leg. about 30 mins later i got a really bad headache.it all lasted no more then about 2 hours.I am I hypocondriac and I have panic attacks. do you think that the numb arm just freaked me out or are those normal sighs of a mini stroke?
Sounds like you may have had a bad migraine but have it checked ou by a neurologist asap.
