post stroke eye problem/ diziiness

My 27 year old sister had a stroke 6 months ago. Her recovery was going well until approxiametly 3 months after the stroke she started to experience severe side effects. She has lost muscular control of her eyes, meaning she can see clearly but can't control the movement of her eyes. Her eyes seem to "jump" in her head. She is also experiencing severe dizziness, headaches, and nausea. She has lost all quality of life. Any help?

Her big stroke was on the left side, though she had a series of several small strokes that were on the right side as well as the left side. The doctors suspect she has a rare clotting condition called kataphil (not sure if that is the correct spelling), that makes her at high risk for clots and strokes. There is a bosrd currently reviewing her case to fund the finances for the test for this condition.
