Gallstone query.

Hi i have recently been diagnosed as having gallstones.Does having gallstones mean that my gallbladder is diseased or are/can the two things occur separate;

This is a common form of gallbladder disease
If you are experiencing pain, nausea, vomiting, indigestion then gallbladder removal may be useful
The gallbladder is like the appendix- it can be removed without any loss of body function
