the liver is normal in size but shows mild increased parenchymal echogeniity.no focallesion seen.intrahepatic and common bile ducts are not dilated.CBD measures 0.4cm.portal venous system is unremarkable.
the gallbladder measures 4.4 x 1.6cm it's wall is not thickened.multiple echogenic structure are noted attached to the wall,the largest measuring 0.6cm.

i feel pain in my right abdomen but not always and not very pain but i notice when i started to do a diet and not eat fatty and oily foods its not paining.now im on diet,i used to exercise every morning.so do i need an immediately operation for my gallbladder,if not,what medication can i take and what food can i eat?please help me to understand my situation,please give me the do's and dont's?im worried.thank you in advance.
