Jenna is right Vitex is available at any health food store! It basically balances out your cycles and helps bring on your ovulation!
Fertil-Aid you will have to buy online at the website just google and it will come up! It has Vitex in it but the difference with it it has EVERYTHING combined in one lil bottle for TTC!
I would just go the health food store and try just Vitex first if you are not having any other problems except your cycles being balanced! If you are having trouble with your CM etc.. i would go for the Fertil-Aid!

You can get Vitex at a vitamin store - I got the Nature's Way brand in pill form, and took it twice a day. If you are TTC though, you should only take it up until ovulation. You can use OPK tests or charting your BBT to find out when ovulation occurs for you. Good luck!

If your cycles are not regular you can start taking Vitex to help get them going again! Fertil-Aid is also another option it has everything you need in it to help you get going again! Are you having any signs of CM? (cervical mucous) Have you had any AF at all or just spotting?
