wow!  Please oh please don't cut.  I know it's going to be hard for you.  You MUST find some hobbies..and fast.  Never be alone if you can help it..stay busy.  You should talk to your parents..they are probably more understanding than you think.  Try your dad..they are usually closer to daughters. :O)  Ask him to get you some therapy.  You are worth so much more than this.  You still have your life ahead of you and can do anything you put your mind to.  Find something that interest you and dive head first into it..go hard core on that..then you won't have time to feel lonely..depressed..
What are some things you like to do or are interested in doing?  You can beat this:O)
If you want to talk..I'm here for you.
I'm a mom..and I would want to know if my daughter/son was going through something like this..we can't help you through something when we don't know about it.  I bet your parents feel the same way. :O)

I understand how you feel. I have scars all over my legs and I was soo worried about people seeing it or my parents finding out. I still get scared sometimes.  But last summer I told my mom. And she told my dad. So I guess the first thing is admitting you have the problem. Then talk to someone you trust. Maybe you'll eventually even be. Able to go swimming again. It takes alot of guts. But I had to go swimming with my gym class and I was so scared. But after that. I guess I gain confidence.

Hi! Well the first thing is that you're admitting that it's addicting, and you're most likely addicted to it. That's good that you know that..a lot of people deny that cutting is bad and that it's your body you can do what you want, but it's really dangerous. Hiding it from friends and family isn't always the easiest i'm going to say the same thing as onewordsaysall and say yes you can wear long sleeves, but not all the time because then people are going to start noticing that you are wearing them all the time and then question why you are. Buy a watch or bracelets to cover them while you're recovering. I also think you need to tell someone that you know you're able to trust and confined in. I used one of my coaches at school, and still even now I know I am able to go to her with whatever whenever. When you get the urge to cut take a rubber band and just snap it against your wrist..I know it sounds dumb, but I know a lot of people that tell me it works.

Definitely try talking to a school psychologist or something! Cause believe me I like refused to go but now that I am going it really is helping a lot.

Best of luck! If you ever wanna talk message me.

First of all the only way of hiding is is to stop it... It's addicting, I know, but you have to stop... this is almost impossable on your own, try to talk to a teacher you trust or a familymember, someone grownup.
second of all, try to convince your parents that you want privicy whenever you are in your room or in the bathroom...

what you can try at first is to wear long sleeves, and everytime you want to cut, do something else that takes concentration. draw, listen to music, talk to your friends, make music.... what ever you're good at.
I'm at a psychologist now, whitch is totaly exhausting, but It does help me to find a solution to my messed up head.

message me if you need anyone to talk to ;)
