i need some help,i know this is stupid but since april i feel like ive been depressed, and ive looked at all the signs and it fits, and i dont know what to do, i dont know.
Try to tell someone about how you feel e.g. A counsellor or your parents or even a close friend.
Trust me, you don't want it to escalate. Tell your mum how you feel and that you want to see a professional about it. A doctor or counsellor can prescribe you some anti depressants or can help you through it. I know telling your parents is a hard thing but its for the best. You can talk to me at anytime (: -Anna
