Anxiety Period? Reassurance!
I'm 15 years old and for about a week now I've been having really bad Gas issues I can't burp , constant pressure in my back of the feeling of needing to burp . I'm on my period at the minute and I keep getting a horrible stabbing pain in my left breast area randomly happens in my inner chest and I'm really scared . My anxiety gets really bad when I'm on my period as my hormones are all over the place. My hands are sweating and I'm scared to eat , 2 days ago I was sick after swallowing tablets (iburafen) they just came up so did my food. Could I have intergestion? Because I also keep burping and it leaves a horrible taste in my mouth I'm scared because I think I'm having a Heart Atta. Please is this normal I'm really scared.
