Anxiety discomfort

I'm 15 years old and have been suffering with severe anxiety for months now , I've been to the doctors they told me everything was fine and the pains I have been feeling is due to panic attacks. Since yesterday my belly has been hurting and I have the sensation in my back of trapped wind and I keep wanting burping. I can't breathe and feel a bit sick. Is this normal because I'm really scared and I'm afraid I'm going to die. I'm sick of living this life I'm constantly scared. I feel that when I go to sleep I'm going to die. I have insomnia I'm just scared because I feel that I need to burp and relive pressure in my back.

Hi.We're on the same page,i'm also 15 yrs old suffering from anxiety and depression. But ur luckier cuz atleast u don't have constant body pains,do u?I have muscle pains and unknown body pains for months now,i think it's due to my anxiety.I advise u to start trying to control ur anxiety by distracting urself to things u love.I don't want u to end up like me who's in pain everyday.I believe that we can get through this and get our life back.We are too young for this.

There are medications available for general anxiety, one of which should help you.  Did your doctor ever mention these?  If not, consider returning to your doctor or go to someone different for a fresh approach.  Always be sure to describe all of your symptoms.  Also, consider professional counseling that would allow you to talk out your anxiety with someone trained in dealing with your issues.
