Just make sure to not withhold food from your body. If you feel hungry, do eat and make sure you are giving your body the nutrients it needs. It is especially important at your age to get all of the right food and enough food for your body in order to grow and develop as a teen. Take care.
Thanks! I weigh about 86-87 pounds... I guess that means i'm slightly underweight.. I eat healthy and exercise regularly so it's probably not a big deal..but thanks!
