Bleeding 5 days before period?

Hi, everyone my names Melody.
I was suppose to start my period on the 11th of this month , but i decided to come out of nowhere yesterday..5 days sooner. I scared the crap out of my bf. he thought i could have been a miscarriage. but i had no pain or feeling like i was bleeding at all until i went to used the bathroom..and to my surprise it was everywhere.. but it wasn't like period blood at all. it was very Dark and blotchy?? a about a week before this all happened my breast where hurting badly. w/ a little nausea here and there. i was afraid i was pregnant or could be.. i am about to be 19 in September. & my mother was also 19yrs when she miscarried with her 1st child. :[ soo yea kinda scary.. if anyOne has any answers for me I'd really appreciate it!

I'm not too sure about that miscarriage; usually you would have a lot of pain with that happening. The clumping could be a release of the uterus, in chunks which can lead to a heavier bleeding. That is a problem where the lining of the uterus doesn't shed properly. See your doctor and discuss this with him/her.

I think you did have a miscarrige because normally periods are just blood. When you went to the bathroom you said it was blotchy . Well it was like clumps yup you did have a miscarridge that's wtt happened to a relative of mine

If you think you can be pregnant, take a home pregnancy test or just set up an appointment with your doctor to know for sure. Good luck
