Can I get pregnant without having sex?

Is it possible to get pregnant without having sex?
Recently I've been a bit off.  I've had severe headaches, massive mood swings and I've been constantly eating.  This is really unusual for me, seeing as I'm usually really careful about what I eat.  But I'm always eating junk food now.  It's horrible.
About 3-4 weeks ago I went camping with my friends.  My boyfriend and I shared a sleeping bag and a tent.  We've been dating for 3 years and have never had sex.  Both of us are paranoid people, and since I'm not on birth-control we decided to wait.  I know we're both really cuddly sleepers, and we had been drinking that night.  Neither of us completely remember that night, but I know with absolute surety that we did not have sex.
I haven't told him that I'm worried, and the other day he asked if all this was going on because I'm really stressed out.  Could all this be happening because I'm just really stressed about Graduating in a couple weeks?
I've got really bad anxiety, and my doctor had me tested.  I've got Anxiety, Paranoia, OCD, and ADD.

Please help, pretty pretty please.

Just to let you know if you are telling yourself you think your pregnant, then your mind can make you think so to. You can miss your periods & have all the signs of pregnancy without being pregnant.. So, don't stress, just take a deep breath and everything will be fine.

Hi!
Well cuddling, dry heaving, fingering etc cannot cause pregnancy. Yes, stress can delay periods and so can drinking and medications. So, take a pregnancy test and see. If it is negative and you don’t get your periods within a week, repeat the test after a week. If you still do not get periods, consult a doctor. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
