Cervical or ovarian cancer?! Help me ):

i am seventeen years old and ever since i got my first period when i was thirteen years old, it has always been irregular. but lately it's been worrying me and i don't know if i should go in and see what is happening, or it might be hormonal but each time, i'm late 1-2 weeks but in the time where i don't have my period, milky white/yellow like goop comes out from down there. also, my lower back has been hurting for a few months now and i'm not sure if that has something to do with it... i also looked up ovarian cancer and cervical cancer, and the yellow/white stuff and back pain was a symptom. can anyone help me or give me some advice? i would greatly appreciate it.

You would need to have an evalation from a OB/GYN doctor. They will do bloodwork to test your hormone levels and treat you if those are out of control.

i am 20 and i started my period at 13, i have never had regular periods even now but iv been fine and have to babies.. if the lower back pain is when your period is normally due then it could be menstrual cramps, even the discharge seems normal from my experience, nether the less you should book an appointment with your doctor if you have any worries and if you have an infection they can sort it and if your fine then your worries will stop,
good luck Hun x

those symptoms are common in many conditions, usually some type of infection. Having cancer, especially at your age, is VERY rare so I wouldn't worry about that. If the discharge doesn't clear up after a while, make an appointment to ask about it and get checked out. good luck.

At your age, you'd be pretty hard pressed to have either of those cancers. You may, however, have a yeast infection and therefore, you should talk to your mother and maybe see your doctor to get an antibiotic. Yeast needs warmth and moisture in order to grow and the vaginal area of the body are prime targets for this type of infection. take care
