Digestive problems?

Okay so, I've been having these digestive problems. After every time I eat I have indigestion or bowel movements all the sudden. I'm not really nauseated its just random stomach pains and feeling really full. I take rolaids to help.

this is the second time it's happened, It happened for a couple days earlier in august around the 13th. I started school on the 9th of august and I guess I've been out of wack from the stress and changing to school food, and also different sleeping patterns and stuff. Also I started spotting (or maybe having a light period) from the 9th to the 13th of august. I'm a virgin, but on the 7th me and my boyfriend did some "stuff" with out hands, not sex, and he didn't ejaculate, so if I was exposed to anything it was just a small amount of precum, not even that because we were careful. So I don't think I could be pregnant.

My period is about 3 days late. My last period was from July 26th-31st and it had started 2 days late. I have roughly about a 35 day cycle and even though im 16 i'm usually regular. I mean I got all the symptoms I usually have before I start my period and thats just that my nipples get sore, not my breasts, just my nipples.

What's wrong with me???? D:
