I think it's on your blood, I think that's one of the symptoms of being an anemic. You should sleep longer than 6 hours, so that your blood can circulate more, also stay away from fatty foods that can locked up your veins that can affect your blood circulation..
i am 24 now but have had this problem up until about a year ago my dr. thought it mite be caused by low iron so he put me on iron pills but this did little to help me try this and see it might work for you it cant hurt you and if it doesnt help you will atleast know what isnt and do not ever let anyone tell you you had a panic attack that is what dr.s tell you when they dontknow whats wrong i hope this has been helpful to someone also get your thyroid gland checked just because the dr. says they dont feel swolen get blood test done ...good luck
Part of it does sound like low blood pressure but I think you have enough symptoms there to take this serious. Please go and get seen and have a complete physical done, including blood work. You need to find out what's going on. Your body is trying to tell you something.
It could be as simple as your aderiline rushing which is normal. but you really should go to th doctor to make sure nothing else is wrong
I'm an older man who had a similar situation 2 years ago...I'd suggest getting to a doctor ASAP..I wound up having to get a pacemaker (not as serious as you might think..but the dizziness and blacking out is something that should most definitely be checked out particularly if you are an athlete.
