First time sex

I am probably going to be having sex for the first time in the near future. My boyfriend and I have been together for quite awhile and we are both very serious. For us both, sex is the ultimate expression of love. I have many friends that have by now lost their virginity, but I have not really considered what they've done for birth control. Obviously, I can't get pregnant. I still have a ways to go in highschool, but I'm not really sure what the "normal" way for teenage girls to avoid it is. Thanks!

Hey, I would advise in my experience, that using condoms are the best way to go when having sex. I mean, sure, it doesn't feel as good as unprotected sex, but it will protect you not only from pregnancy but also from STI's. If you are really bothered about the pleasure after having regular sex, then there are different types of condoms to heighten the pleasure from flavours to thickness to texture, even lubricants now have the ability to heighten pleasure.

You can now have other forms of contraceptives younger such as femdoms, dental dams, pills, implant, coil and diaphrams. I would advise that it would be better to talk to your GP to make sure that your body is compatible with your chosen form of contraception and that you are physically and mentally ready for sex.

Have sex responsibily and ALWAYS use a condom, having a baby is a big commitment, and if you just want to have fun pretection is the obvious choice.

as far as not getting pregnant then simply use a condom, maybe even the pill aswell
if you want to take extra protection both of u use a condom

For starters, if you go on the pill, you dont need to know when your most fertile etc. If your going to go on it ALWAYS use a condom aswell, both together work 99% effectively if theyre used correctly. Do NOT use the withdrawl method! This never works most people that do this will get pregnant. But if you want to avoid pregnancy etc all together, you shouldnt have sex at all

normally couples use condoms, pills and withdrawal to prevent pregnancy. Just always use these 3 to prevent your pregnancy, and I think you should also know the cycle of menstruation or menstrual cycle, for you both to know your cycle, what are the days you're safe to have intercourse when is not.

When I was a teen I felt like I was left out because all my friends were having sex. Finally I gave in and it was worth it then ,but looking back I wish I would've waited until I got married. let me just say this, when me and my husband started dating we never had sex. We were together for 2 yrs. and 7 months before we got married. We wanted it to be very special and let me tell ya IT'S  WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!!!  The best thing to do is ABSTINENCE

If you don't want to get pregnant then don't have sex. Nothing is 100%, even birth control. I've known people who got pregnant while on the pill. It happens. I wish you'd really think this through. I don't know too many teenagers who really are "ready" for sex.
Just enjoy being a teen, having fun. There's no rush to have sex. Make it special.

Normally its the pill and condoms. Its best to talk to your doctor about what birth control is the best for you. ALWAYS use condoms no matter what. its a second back up that will help so much. Good luck. If you have any more questions you can message me
