Flaky patch from swimming in lake?

I have a flaky itchy patch near my mouth, and it appeared just as i came out from swimming in a dirty lake. Previously i had some quite dry lips.What could it possibly be?

There are a lot of possibilities for what it can be. Though just try to keep the area clean and keep your hands off as to not spread it if it is an infection/rash. If it doesn't get better in a week, make a doctor's appointment to find out what is going on.
