Heart Attack?

Dear Doctors, I'm 16 years old and over a month ago, I had an episode where my heart started racing out of nowhere, I got light headed, dizzy, and I thought I was having a heart attack. However, I went to my pediatrician, and he listened to my heart beat took my pulse, and my blood pressure. He said that everything was okay, and I was just having a panic attack. However, I was still not convinced and was still constantly anxious and scared so I went to the ER. There they also took my pulse and blood pressure, but also an EKG and a chest X-ray. The Doctor said that I was fine, and I wasn't going to have a heart attack. He then listened to my heart and told me that it was just stress and anxiety. Can you help me out please and relieve me of my worry?

Go by what your pediatrician and hospital ER found and deal with your stress, anxiety, and any further panic attacks.  Your personal doctor should be able to offer you a plan to deal with these issues.
