How do I tell my dad I Am transgender?

I don't know how to tell my dad I Am transgender. I want to be a boy but I can't me being 13 and all my parents might just think it's a faze but it's not I've had this feeling for ever. Ever since I was 7 years old. I told my mom but she spent look at me the same way anymore, I also told my grandma who has a gay son (and I told him) they seemed exepting. I told my friends the loved me for it they even asked me what boy name I wanTed them to call me. I can't decide between Aaron (which means mountain of strength) or Aristotle (which is a philosopher name and it describes me the most) but when I told my mom this she showed me a video that said thinking your trans is a figment of your imagination and the internet put it into your mind but the internet had nothing to do with this. Whith that said should I tell my dad and suffer a possibility of rejection or should I keep it a secret for my entire life?
