I have a vaginal infection and I don't wanna tell my mom.

Hi
I am a 14 year old female. My vulva is quite swollen and some cottage cheese kinda discharge is stuck inside my clitoral hood (which is also swollen), and I am not able to remove it. I like to masturbate and I believe this has happened due to masturbating unhygienically. I insert the handle of my toothbrush inside my vagina and I love the pleasure. My whole vulva itches a lot and I don't wanna tell my mom because if the gynaec tells her that I am not a virgin (due to the masturbation) she would be shocked as hell, basically because I am from a country that is not that open minded about these kinda issues, and she can't even imagine me with a boy, forget me masturbating. Seeking some nice advice

You need to tell your mom cuz you can’t go to a doctor you are still a virgin and lots of teens masturbate. If she’s surprised just show her Walt Disney subliminal messages on YouTube. Sex is literally everywhere in music and everywhere. That’s why people are obsessed with it.

This sounds very much like a yeast infection, which women get from time to time - it is not necessarily related to any sexual activity.  Don't be afraid to tell your mom, because this is just a normal, but terribly unpleasant, event for females, and it can easily be cured.

Don't tell her what you think caused it, and because you aren't a doctor you might be wrong anyway. You probably need to get looked at by a doctor whenever an infection like this occurs.
