I have various symptoms and I do not know if they are related.

I have frequent fatigue where I get tired after waking up 7 hours later from an atleast 8 hour sleep. This causes me to be very demotivated. I am in college and motivation is key to success. I have a porn and masturbation (e.d.) problem. I am frequently hungry. I go in sporadic exercise routines that never seem to stick. I frequently am obsessed with biting the skin and tearing it off around my fingers to the point of where it bleeds and hurts (not too bad). I occasionally get into random bouts of mini-depressions where I contemplate all of these issues and think about why I cannot fix them. I also have a frequent problem of forgetting things that happened a while ago. All my friends will bring up an event we all experienced and I forget most of it. I do not know if it has something to do with my attention span, or just memory loss or what.

Thanks

I posted in the E.D. forum and someone directed me to yourbrainonporn.com.

That was my problem. All the symptoms they list match mine to a T.

Thank you.

It sounds like maybe you are dealing with some anxiety and depression issues?  Are you eating regular, balanced meals?  Is there anyone you can talk to about the mini-depressions you mentioned?  I know a lot of colleges have free resources available in their health departments.  I think I might start there and see where it leads.
